Q. What steps do I take when my email is not working?

First, check your Internet connection or Internet Access provider to see if you are connected to the Internet. Check that you have a live connection by navigating the Internet with your browser. If you can’t get onto the Internet with your dialup or high speed connection, try checking all your cables or call your Internet Access Provider.

Second, confirm the settings are correct in your Outlook by going to Tools in your menu list, and then go to Accounts or Services. Pick the particular email account then choose properties or edit to verify your setting are correct. Your setup information can be found on your original welcome email when you joined the WebsOnly family.

Q. I don’t want a web site right now for my business, but I do need custom email. What do I need to do to get going with my own business email?
