the following guidelines will assist us in
providing your company with quality service.
To begin your service you will be required
to complete the form at the bottom of this
page.
Requirements
The following basic requirements are necessary
for successful use of web building tools offered
by WebsOnly. These requirements include, but
are not limited to:
- Basic computer skills and
knowledge
- 128 Mb RAM
- 700 mghz processor or greater
- 500 Mb of available hard
disk space
- Current operating system
maintenance
- High-speed Internet access
recommended, although not required
File Maintenance
WebsOnly offers no guarantees on files created
and maintained with the Online Business Card
or easySiteWizard services. The client is
responsible for developing, updating and maintaining
local backup files.
Domain Names
Purchase of the client's domain name is at
the expense of the client. Failure to renew
said domain name will result in the web site
services being discontinued. In such case
client hereby waives any and all claims which
it may have against WebsOnly for any loss,
damage, claim or expense arising out of, or
in relation to, registration of such Domain
Name in any on-line or off-line network directories,
membership lists or registration lists, or
the release of the Domain Name from such directories
or lists following the termination of services
by WebsOnly for any reason. Additional maintenance
fees in relation to Domain Name possession
retention will be at the expense of the Client.
Training/Support
Client is responsible for reviewing all online
documentation offered with each service. WebsOnly
offers no training for the Online Business
Card or easySiteWizard. Should you require
additional assistance, support is provided
via online, phone or email using the contact
information found on the main login page for
your respective service.
Refund Policy
This policy applies to the Online Business
Card and easySiteWizard. Please review your
written agreement for any other design services
that WebsOnly offers.
If within thirty (30) days you
are not completely satisfied with your Online
Business Card or easySiteWizard service, WebsOnly
will refund all un-incurred monthly hosting
fees. Setup fees for any of our services are
non-refundable.
Cancellation
These services are offered on a monthly basis
and can be cancelled by submitting in writing
a thirty days notice. Upon cancellation of
services all files will be immediately removed
from our servers. WebsOnly reserves the right
cancel service at any time for non payment
of monthly hosting fees.
Invoicing and Payment
Invoices are due when issued, but no interest
will be charged if the invoices are paid within
15 days. If Client does not pay invoices within
15 days, late fees will accrue at the rate
of $10 per month. WebsOnly will charge a twenty-five
dollar ($25.00) fee for any check received
with insufficient funds. Should Client be
more than fifteen (15) days past due on their
account a disconnect notice will be issued
and Client’s web site will be disconnected
within ten (10) days of the disconnect notice.
Client will be charged a re-connect fee of
seventy-five dollars ($75) to reconnect the
web site. If collection, effort is required,
Client will pay all reasonable costs and expenses
of collection, including attorney’s
fees. If you have any questions about your
invoice, please call us promptly to avoid
any misunderstanding.
